S&S Cycle #160-1658 - Manifold Conversion Kit - 80" Evolution Big Twin

S&S rigid mount manifolds are designed to improve intake tract air flow.
These manifolds may change the way a stock carburetor and air cleaner
assembly fit. This means that these components may require shimming and/
or a slight change in mounting bracketing.
S&S manifold conversion kits for Harley-Davidson® Evolution® are
designed to fit stock displacement engines.
Series #16-1600 manifolds included in Manifold Conversion Kits are
machined with a 17/8" throat and will fit stock Keihin® butterfly carburetors,
all S&S 13⁄4" and 17/8" carbs, and any other carburetors with the
same mounting bolt pattern.
S&S style o-rings must be used with these manifolds. S&S o-rings are
slightly thinner to accommodate the larger S&S port diameter. Use of
stock o-rings may damage the manifold.
