Replacement cam chaim tensioner shoe compatible with all S&S cam chain tensioners for 1999-2017 big twin and 2017-later big twins. Comes with plunger and spring, everything needed to refresh the S&S cam chain tensioner in your engine. One shoe required per tensioner, two required for 1999-2017 and one required for 2017-later. Sold each.
